These terms govern your use of chocstudio.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who We Are

Chartered House of Change ("CHOC", "we", "us") is a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: ethan@chocstudio.com.

Products & Made to Order

All items are printed on demand and made specifically for you once you order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished garment. Product photos are mockups; small differences in print placement are normal.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe via Snipcart. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. UK shipping is free. As every item is made to order, please allow a minimum of 5 business days for processing and production, followed by a minimum of 5 business days for delivery once dispatched. Times may vary.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. As items are personalised and made to order, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please check the sizing guide before ordering.

We will, of course, put things right if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is the wrong item. Email ethan@chocstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Discount Codes

Promotional and friends & family codes are applied at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Privacy

We only collect the information needed to fulfil your order (name, address, email, order details). This is shared with our payment processor (Stripe/Snipcart) and our print & fulfilment partner (Printful) solely to process and deliver your order. We never sell your data. For any privacy request, email ethan@chocstudio.com.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
